Christy Reynolds

Hi, I’m Christy Reynolds, a Real Estate Sales Associate with Kemp Realty Group. I began my real estate journey in 2020, motivated by a desire to expand my professional scope and assist buyers and sellers with their residential and business transactions. In addition to real estate, I serve as the Vice President of Administration for a company that oversees assisted living communities nationwide, and I’m a trained life coach and occasional instructor at Stetson University’s School of Business.

My diverse background in business, banking, sales, management, finance, teaching, and coaching provides a strong foundation to serve my clients effectively. Although I’m not originally from DeLand, I quickly fell in love with the community and decided to move here while commuting for work. The people and vibrant atmosphere, supported by the MainStreet DeLand Association, make it a wonderful place to live and work. I own a historic home and have a special affinity for historic properties, though I work with all types of real estate.

Honesty, integrity, and education are the core values I bring to every transaction, ensuring my clients feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. I’m actively involved in the community, having served on the board of Children’s House Montessori and as the Volunteer Coordinator for the DeLand Fall Festival of the Arts. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and a Master in Business Administration from Stetson University, and I’m currently pursuing my broker’s license to further enhance my expertise.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, theater, art, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family. These activities enrich my life and help me maintain a balanced approach to my professional and personal endeavors.
