Veronica Pratile

With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Veronica Pratile brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her customers. Motivated to join the real estate field when her youngest child started middle school, Veronica saw it as an opportunity to better herself and make productive use of her time. Her specialties include residential properties and vacant land, with a particular passion for assisting the elderly and first-time home buyers. Veronica takes pride in guiding her customers through every step of the process, ensuring they feel confident and informed.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Veronica moved to Lake Helen with her family when she was 10 years old. Her deep connection to the area and extensive knowledge of DeLand, as well as Orange City, Deltona, DeBary, and De Leon Springs, make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to buy or sell in these communities.

Veronica is actively involved in her community. In her younger days, she served as a youth leader at her church and started a high school girls’ ministry. She has also served on the education committee at the West Volusia Board of Realtors and was part of the leadership development team. Currently, she serves as the Operations Manager at Kemp Realty Group and has held the position of Sales Manager in the past.

Veronica’s commitment to her customers is evident in her unblemished record of satisfied clients. She is a Broker Associate and holds several certifications, including GRI, ABR, E-Pro, PSA, and SFA. She was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2004 and continues to strive for excellence in her real estate career.

Outside of real estate, Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband of 37 years, their four children and spouses, and their ten beautiful grandchildren. Life on their farm with cows, chickens, goats, and a crazy dog adds to the joy of her daily life.
